The Trust invites shareholders and other interested parties to communicate any concerns they may have about the Trust directly and confidentially with either the full board, the presiding independent trustee or the non-management trustees as a group by writing to them at our headquarters at 1997 Annapolis Exchange Parkway, Suite 410, Annapolis, Maryland 21401.
Trustee Attendance at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders
It is the Trust's policy that all directors attend the Trust's Annual Meetings of Shareholders in person or telephonically.
